WHAT WE DO

LOCAL EMPOWERMENT

We believe in the power of frontline voices to make change in their own communities. At Next Step Forward Community Development, we focus on increasing civic engagement through education on financial literacy and opportunities for those impacted by multiple levels of injustice.

CAPACITY BUILDING

Through our partnerships with several local organizations and businesses, we engage in capacity building. Next Step Forward believes that a strong network of frontline leadership is the bedrock upon which better communities are built. Together we can do more for the BIPOC community and frontline citizens.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Economic development begins with individual financial literacy. Frontline communities often lack understanding in this area. Next Step Forward is committed to educating the BIPOC community on financial opportunities and ways in which they can improve their financial health and plan for a better future.

Prison and Reentry Preparation

“FSF Consulting’s mission is to successfully prepare and guide non-violent criminal offenders through their terms of incarceration in a federal or state prison facility or prison camp. Our services extend beyond post-incarceration to ensure a smooth reentry to society upon release from time served.”

Anthony Womack, CEO and client manager, successfully served ten years in a minimum/low-security facility from 2005 to 2015. Mr. Womack leveraged his positive attitude and available resources to transition to “normal” live with a pledge to help others in his home community and the greater Saint Louis metropolitan area. Mr. Womack has pioneered proven and effective strategies for successful reentry and positive change.

FSF Consulting offers pre-incarceration services, inmate services, and post-incarceration services.

The ultimate goal is to ensure a seamless and successful reentry into society.
